Ang Tugon ay ang Free-Printing Program ng Sangguniang Kabataan ng Matandang Balara na nagsimula noong 2024. Isa ito sa dalawang tuloy-tuloy na inisyatibo na bumubuo sa SKMB Hub. Naglalayon itong magbigay ng libreng serbisyo pagdating sa akademikong dokumento ng mga kabataang Balara. Isinagawa ang programang ito bilang tugon sa pangangailangan ng mga mag-aaral na magkaroon ng sapat na akses sa mga kagamitang mahalaga sa kanilang pag-aaral.
Sa pamamagitan ng proyektong ito itinataguyod ng SKMB na suportahan ang edukasyon ng bawat kabataan sa pamamagitan ng pagbibigay ng mga serbisyong tinutulak ang pantay na oportunidad para sa mga mag-aaral.
